Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra

The Freo Z10 Ultra has been on sale since April 2025. It navigates with a LiDAR that scans the home at 360° to build a four-layer 3D map, while a front camera recognises obstacles. At the edges the mop extends until it leaves no uncleaned gap in the corners, and on carpets it lifts by 12 mm while boosting suction by 160% so they do not get wet.

The dock empties the dust bin by itself into a 2.5-litre bag and also handles washing and drying the mop, but neither the product page nor the manual states a temperature for these steps, unlike the other Narwal robots listed here: the floor cleaning solution included in the box is poured in by hand. On board there are a camera for obstacle avoidance and a microphone, both listed in the manual with no physical shutter or separate disable switch mentioned. Wi-Fi covers only 2.4 GHz, and the companion app is called Narwal Freo.

The manufacturer guarantees security updates until 21 April 2030, five years after the start of sale. It does not state the runtime in minutes, the charging time, or the maximum threshold height for this model. It suits someone looking for LiDAR mapping and an edge-extending mop at a lower cost than the newer models in the range, who is willing to handle the detergent by hand.
