iRobot Roomba Plus 515 Combo + AutoWash Dock

The Plus 515 Combo vacuums and mops with two spinning pads (DualClean, 180 RPM), paired with an AutoWash dock that empties the dust, washes the pads with hot water and dries them with warm air, then runs a self-cleaning water cycle. A LiDAR turret on the lid builds up to 3 maps of the home, even across different floors. The mop assembly extends to the edges with a dedicated arm to clean along skirting boards and corners, and lifts by 10 mm when the robot detects a rug, keeping carpet dry during vacuuming.

Obstacles are met with the bumper: there is no camera or microphone on board, and it does not recognise objects. The filter is cleaned dry and must not be washed with water, unlike the dust bin. The dock washes and dries the pads with heat (75 °C wash, 45 °C dry) but does not dose detergent on its own: clean and dirty water are poured and emptied by hand, since the dock has no plumbing connection. On a full charge the robot covers up to 295 minutes of cleaning.

It suits someone who wants to stop both emptying the bin and washing the pads by hand, but is not yet after automatic detergent dosing or a dock with a plumbing hookup.
